- Ready-to-wear items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Custom and modified bras may take longer depending on the level of personalisation.
Estimated completion and dispatch times will be confirmed during your order process.
2. Shipping Rates and Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us at margaret@n3klondon.co.uk before placing your order.
3. Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).

While we work with reliable couriers, occasional delays may occur. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist you.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos so we can contact the courier and resolve the issue quickly.
