Refund policy

At N3KLondon, each bra is carefully made or modified to your individual needs. We want you to feel comfortable, supported, and satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

1. Custom and Modified Items
Because our bras are customised or modified to your unique measurements and preferences, these items cannot be returned or refunded once the work has started.
If you notice an issue with your order (such as incorrect sizing information provided or damage upon delivery), please contact us immediately at margaret@n3klondon.co.uk so we can review your case and find a fair solution.

2. Ready-to-Wear Items (Non-Custom Products)
For ready-made items that have not been customised or altered, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All tags and original packaging are intact
- The item is not a sale or clearance item

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether a refund or exchange has been approved.

3. Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a non-custom item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll provide instructions for returning your item and sending the replacement.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at margaret@n3klondon.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem

We’ll prioritise reviewing your case and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

6. Shipping Returns
To return your item, please note:
Return address will be provided upon request.

You’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
